Applicability and definitions
These terms of service apply to any use of the Redddie project tool (the "Service"), available at app.redddie.com, and to every agreement between Redddie (trade name of Redddie Consultancy, a Dutch sole proprietorship, KvK 42000158, Dwerggras 30, Rotterdam, the Netherlands) and the customer who registers (the "Customer").
The Service is intended for business use only. By registering, you confirm you are acting in the course of a profession or business; statutory consumer protections therefore do not apply.
We explicitly reject any purchasing or other terms and conditions put forward by the Customer.
If any provision of these terms turns out to be void or voidable, the remaining provisions continue to apply; we then replace the affected provision with one that most closely matches its original intent.
Registration and trial period
When you register you create a workspace for your own organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential; use under your account is attributed to you.
Every new workspace gets a free 7-day trial, with no payment method required. During the trial you can use the Service in full and stop at any time, at no cost and with no obligation.
Once the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still view everything, but nothing more can be added or changed until you start a subscription. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and no payment obligation arises unless you start a subscription yourself.
Subscription, pricing and billing
You start a subscription yourself, via "Start subscription" in settings. Today that is the Solo licence: one login, unlimited projects, €15.99 per month excluding VAT. Other arrangements (for example multiple PM logins) are agreed with you separately and are not set up through this page.
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe, using whichever payment methods Stripe offers at the time (at least iDEAL and card payments). The subscription runs monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
Prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT rate is added at checkout. We may change prices; a change never applies to a period already paid for, and we let you know in advance.
If a payment fails or is charged back, the workspace may be set to read-only temporarily until payment succeeds. We do not delete data because of a failed payment.
Term and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term and can be cancelled monthly via "Manage subscription" in settings, which takes you directly to the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period; until then you can keep using the Service as normal.
We may suspend or terminate the agreement in case of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for example misuse of the Service or non-payment after a reasonable period to remedy it.
After termination the workspace remains accessible read-only for 30 days so you can export your data, after which we delete the data as described in our privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for your own project and business administration, within the limits of applicable law and these terms. Not permitted: using the Service in a way that harms availability for other customers, storing unlawful content, or bypassing or testing the Service's security without our prior consent.
People you link to a project or task as a "Person" are not users of the Service and have no login of their own. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their data in the Service — see the data processing agreement for how we process that data on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the data you enter into the Service.
Availability and support
We make an effort to keep the Service available and working well, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
We offer support by email (info@redddie.com). We aim for a reasonable response time but do not offer a contractual service-level agreement unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service itself — the software, the design and the trademarks — belong to Redddie or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription, solely for your own business operations.
The data you enter into the Service yourself (projects, tasks, hours, contacts, reports) remains yours. We do not use that data for our own purposes beyond delivering the Service, as described in the data processing agreement.
Liability
Our liability for an attributable failure to perform is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage, with a maximum of €2,500.
We are not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profit, missed savings and damage from data loss, unless caused by our intent or wilful recklessness.
Make regular exports of important data yourself; we are not liable for data loss you could have prevented with your own export.
Force majeure
Neither party has to perform its obligations to the extent this is impossible due to force majeure, which includes at least: outages at our hosting partners, internet outages, cyberattacks outside our control, and government measures.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms, for example for new functionality or changes in the law. For a material change we let you know by email in advance. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement with Redddie.
We prefer to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first. If that fails, the competent court in the district where Redddie is established has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law prescribes a different court.
